Kelly Handsome and M.I. Abaga to release new music together.

Kelly Hansome has released a new track titled ‘Ready to Love’ and he also divulges that he is working on new music with MI Abaga, He informs that it would be more than a track as he was ‘contracted’ by M.I. to produce a couple of tracks on his upcoming album.
Also, it seems that the discord between him and Kennis Music has been resolved as he also informed that he would be paying a condolence visit to Kenny Ogungbe over his recent loss. He insinuated a collabo album between himself and M.I. as well as working with Don Jazzy.

Don Jazzy and Dbanj to release new music together.

There have been speculations after the two former partners were spotted being cordial at Ice Prince’s FOZ concert over the weekend that there would be a new music from both of them, thus they might be sharing a studio session.

Well Don Jazzy has confirmed our thoughts as he shared a photo where they (Don Jazzy and D'banj) were having a studio session at the Mavin studios on Instagram. International rapper- Wale, Olamide and K-Switch were also spotted in the picture. See Pictures below...

The sleepy town of Ogotun-Ekiti in Ekiti SouthWest Local Government Area of Ekiti State was on Tuesday thrown into confusion when information filtered that a goat had delivered a human-like baby goat.

The spokesperson of the community, Sunday Ogunmeji, who spoke with a correspondent on behalf of the Baale (community head), Ganiyu Adetoun, said a pastor, Daniel Odedele, helped to deliver the goat of the baby.

More than 4,000 members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Wednesday defected to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Keffi and Kokona local government areas of Nasarawa State.

Reports have confirmed that the defectors were formally received into the PDP fold at Keffi and Garaku, the headquarters of Keffi and Kokona local government areas, respectively by the state’s Chairman of the party, Mr Yunana Iliya.

Mystic healing water discovered in Enugu.

A mystic water which heals/cures diseases and solves different problems has been said to have emerged in Nachi, a community in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State.

Victor Moses named fooballer of the year, beats Mikel Obi and Sunday Mba to it.

Victor Moses was yesterday named the Nigerian Footballer of the Year, 2013. He was conferred with the honor by the Nigerian Sports Award. Moses defeated John Obi Mikel and Sunday Mba who were the other nominees for the award.

In an elaborate ceremony at the Muson Center, Onikan, Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi was presented with the Nigerian Coach of the Year award while Perpetual Nkwocha of the Super Falcons won the female footballer of the year. Ball Sports Personality of the year award was won by Portugal based Nigeria table tennis international Aruna Quadri. He defeated Olumide Oyedeji and Ike Diogu, both of De Tigers. The President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Alhaji Aminu Maigari won the sports administrator of the year award. 

He dedicated the award to every Nigerian. Blessing Okagbare won the Track and Field Star of the Year award while junior athlete Divine Oduduru won the discovery of the year award. Meanwhile, Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of DeltaState also won the Sports Governor of the Year Award. Uduaghan who was present in the hall received the award and said the other nominees, Governors Liyel Imoke of CrossRiver and Babatunde Fashola of LagosState were equally winners.

”I am aware that all the other governors are equally doing a lot in terms of grassroots development. The way we are going, Nigeria will win at least one gold medal at the next Olympics,” an elated Uduaghan said. Mikel Obi however won the Sports man of the year award while Blessing Okagbare won the sports woman of the year award.

Kidnappers demand for N98million from Bayelsa state Commissioner for Tourism.

The kidnappers of Pa Uroh Tempurah, father of Bayelsa State Commissioner for Tourism and Development,  Mr. Nelson Belief, have demanded for N98 million ransom to set him free.

The heavily armed kidnappers were said to have stormed the coastal settlement in a speedboat at 2.56am and made away with their victim.

It was, however, learnt that the gunmen, who seized the aged man, described “as a man of peace” by his community folks, Monday night contacted his son, Belief, demanding N98 million before he would be set free.

According to the commissioner, “Yes, I spoke with my father yesterday (Monday).”

He confirmed the N98 million ransom demand by the kidnappers. As the kidnappers allowed him to hear his father’s voice before making their outrageous demand. 

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Alex Akhigbe, who confirmed that the kidnappers had established contact with their victim’s family, said the police were on the trail of the kidnappers.

“We have deployed a crack team of operatives from the anti-kidnapping squad to strategic locations in the creek and they are on the trail of the kidnappers. They will be fished out and brought to book,” he said.
