New Record - Kobe Bryant Passes Michael Jordan On NBA's All-Time Scoring List

The Black Mamba nailed a free during the second quarter to eclipse the 32,292 mark.Bryant took 1,269 games to reach this milestone, which is 197 more than it took to Jordan to achieve the enormous scoring total.





Kobe Bryant surpassed His Airness, Michael Jordan, on the NBA's all-time scoring list, moving into third all-time behind Karl Malone (36,928) and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (38,387).  Kobe, who is averaging over 25 per game this season, is leading the way thus far for the Lakers tonight, who have jumped out to a lead over the 5-17 Minnesota Timberwolves as they look to build on Friday night's incredible overtime victory in San Antonio.
