The two celebs were participating in L.A. Gear’s Teen Impact Holiday Party when they decided to share some gifts with patients at the hospital, delivering headphones and other toys to the kids.
Tyga and girlfriend Kylie Jenner have been doing some charity work together over the last few weeks, and their latest endeavor found them paying a visit to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
