Ex-Miss Black USA 2010, Osas Ighodaro launches her foundation.

Ex-Miss Black USA 2010, Osas Ighodaro launched her foundation called Joyful Joy Foundation Sunday, October 27, 2013 at the Avenue Suites on Tiamiyu Savage, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The foundation was created to immortalize Osas' sister, Joy who while pregnant a few years ago

had visited Nigeria, but alas had caught malaria, complications of which led to her untimely
demise with her yet unborn baby.

The foundation's aim is to help bring awareness towards the good fight against Malaria. Celebrities, stars & socialites alike all came to the venue to show support for a good cause. The event began with the magnificent rendition of the National Anthem, by the sonorously blesses Seyi Shay. Comedy was by Elenu, who as usual cracked the ribs of the audience. Included as part of the event was dance by Gongbeat Production. Thereafter the thoughtfully crafted Joyful Joy Foundation theme song , which was produced by Tee Y Mix was sweetly delivered by Ella. The day's deejay was DJ Xclusive.

The Joyful Joy Foundation was named after Osas' late sister, Joy and is is all about spreading
Joy and touching lives, one community at a time.

Some of those seen at the event were the likes of Majid Michel, Banky W, Ice Prince Zamani,

Seyi Shay, Toolz Oniru and many others.
