Boko Haram fails to keep cease fire agreement
There are indication that the Boko Haram sect will not be keeping its cease fire agreement with the Federal Government of Nigeria, as there were reports that the sect attacked two communities in Borno State.
This news came less than 24hours after the sect an the FG agreed to cease fire and seek a possible reconcilement. In the new report, a military source revealed that bout 20 Boko Haram fighters in two pick-up vans stormed Maikadiri in Abadam Local Government Area, northern part of Borno on Friday evening, shooting into homes. Some of the resident of the area attacked revealed that up to eight people were killed including the father of the former Speaker of Borno State House of Assembly, Goni Ali-Modu.
